At NISSA’S, customer satisfaction is important to us. We currently offer exchange only under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Exchange:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Original tags and packaging must be intact

  • Exchange request must be made within 3 days of delivery

Non-Eligible Cases:

  • Used, damaged, or altered items

  • Requests made after the allowed time period

🔁 Exchange Process:

  • Customer must return the product to our address

  • Replacement will be processed after inspection and approval

  • Delivery charges for exchange will be borne by the customer
